ABOUT WYNN AL MARJAN ISLAND
Slated to open in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island is located in Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates. Developed in partnership with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding, it is projected to be the first integrated gaming resort in the MENA region.
Wynn Al Marjan Island is being built on one of the exclusive islands in Ras Al Khaimah -- an island covering an area of almost 62 hectares and offering a pristine setting with spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf as well as beautiful white sand beaches and a full marina.
Wynn Al Marjan Island will include a hotel with 1,542 rooms and suites, exclusive marina-side Villa Estates, a 3.6 hectare poolscape, a luxury shopping esplanade, a five-star spa, 24 restaurants and lounges, a nightlife experience, a wide array of entertainment choices including a theater, a gaming area, and a state-of-the-art events center. The entire resort will be developed to the highest standards of environmental sustainability practices.
